Responsibilities:
- Develop an effective B2C marketing strategy, project roadmap and results-oriented marketing and communications plans targeting B2C and end-user audiences
- Direct members of the B2C marketing team in the planning, development, and execution of initiatives, collateral, and tools to support demand creation and revenue-focused strategies for B2C channels.
- Advance the data-driven, research-based segmentation and build and manage agency relationships to execute comprehensive marketing (e.g. campaign, creative, media, etc.) plans.
- Performance marketing-led growth by leveraging all channels viz. digital, print, radio as well as other ATL and BTL channels
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing budget, monitoring expenses and project progress.
- Work cross-functionally with the B2B marketing team to identify available marketing levers
Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, for coordinating, networking & communicating effectively to both internal & external stakeholders.
- Experience with user acquisition and/or growth marketing.
- 8-10 years of experience in B2C marketing.
- Demonstrated strategic planning experience; ability to build a roadmap for the marketing function including marketing plans, calendar and budget.
- Flexible to travel pan India.
