Role Summary :

- An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced marketing professional to join the newly established Ed-Tech venture championing its ambitious vision to develop personalized career centric learning. You will help define and execute the strategic vision, focus and innovative thought to the complex challenges of launching a new brand, building our user base, generating sales, and driving future growth.

- Working closely with the Director of Marketing and rest of the marketing and sales teams, you will help oversee the day-to-day management of the marketing activities for the company - implementing the brand strategy, building and executing the launch strategy, and managing campaigns.


- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies for tech-based solutions, has experience in creating brands from the ground up and is excited to work in a start-up environment. You will oversee the teams and the effective and efficient delivery of our marketing plans.

- This role will develop and bring in exciting personal, professional growth opportunities as the new global venture and products takes shape and makes its impact in the world.

- We have ambitious targets for the success of our venture. Previous experience in marketing SaaS/Tech solutions is necessary. Knowledge of the learning and career development sector would be an added advantage.

Key Activities & Responsibilities :

- Implement the brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences.

- Promote the company as an innovator to the press and public and oversee outbound customer-facing communications across our website, blog, and social channels.

- Direct the usage of visual identity, tonality, and brand values across all touchpoints for end users and other stakeholders in line with our branding strategy.

- Help oversee the execution of the marketing blueprint for the year that guides the team and fulfils the business requirements

- Oversee the day-to-day management of all marketing activities including digital marketing campaigns, CRM, PR, and user acquisition strategies, working closely with the sales team to deliver the above.

- Help oversee the day-to-day activities of marketing team, agencies, and partners

- Take the operational lead in designing and managing regular weekly and monthly reporting of marketing activities upwards to the executive and senior management teams

- Ensure the ad and social media content is fresh, relevant, and updated in an ever-changing, competitive online advertising landscape.

- Inspire action from global and local cross functional teams through data-driven insights, and execute locally with operational rigour and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

- A relevant bachelor's qualification or equivalent experience/Master's degree preferred

- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, with experience in managing digital marketing teams with demonstrated history in leading digital brands/business

- Deep understanding of mar-tech, digital marketing tools and trends a must.

- Experience leading and managing a marketing team spanning content marketing, social media campaigns, CRM and PR

- Wide experience of demand generation tactics including digital/social marketing automation

- Familiarity or experience in EdTech is advantageous
