CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.
- Align the marketing plan to the business objectives and ensure effective execution of the plan within available budgets
- Own the voice of the customer in the organization - using direct and indirect market research - and provide actionable inputs for Product/Business strategy
- Create all marketing communication required for all channels (with the help of in-house teams and agencies) and ensure timely deployment
- Manage lead acquisition (through digital/social campaigns, events, partnerships etc), convert them into viable leads and ensure conversion into sales
- Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns via multiple channels including but not limited to online advertising, online campaigns, email marketing, webinars etc.
- Drive the company's website, blogs and other online presence's strategy
- Organizing events such as webinars, podcasts, product launches, conferences and exhibitions
- Indicative activities handled (but not restricted to) : Brand and communication, Account-based marketing, Sales and marketing collateral, Events (self-organized, sponsored), Online marketing (including digital lead generation, social media, content marketing etc)
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS :
- Awareness/organic interest in the brand (inbound leads, social engagement etc)
- Achievement of sales target
- Key account metrics: existing contracts renewed, new products adopted, testimonials provided etc
- Lead Quality : No. of qualified leads/meetings/ongoing conversations
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES :
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA with 8+ years of work experience
- Prior experience in managing B2B marketing for any education, SaaS, B2B product company
- Hand-on experience in driving efficiencies in a marketing to sales funnel (from lead generation to final closure)
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation and its returns
- Understanding of market research, content, UI/UX
