Head of Marketing
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives
- Understand consumer needs and behaviours in the ecommerce fashion space and build product line strategies to generate demand and expand market share
- Understand the economics of e-commerce and work on pricing and discounting strategies to boost sales
- Understand competition and identify uncontested areas of expansion and factors of differentiation
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Operational:
- Performance Marketing
- Manage Facebook, Google and other Ads platforms
- Manage Network partners and agencies
- Drive high performance output with a strong focus on ROI
- Organic Marketing
- Manage on and off page SEO
- Manage content for the brand to drive quality traffic - Brand Marketing, Monitoring market trends and conducting consumer research. Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Manage brand communication and presence on all Social channels
- Manage strategic tie-ups and affiliates to drive quality traffic
- Build an analytical foundation to measure ROI and direct spends accordingly
Budget Management & Revenue Generation:
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Responsible for Total Sales Revenue and Profit Margins
- Responsible for Marketing Spend, CAC and CPI metrics
- Responsible for Retention, Loyalty and LTV metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in Brand Marketing
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, Facebook marketing, SEO and Google AdWords
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Great Understanding of Consumer Behaviour
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
