Responsibilities & Duties :
- End to end responsibility for Organization's Branding & Marketing
- Drive Online Marketing initiatives - SEO, SEM, Social Media, Media Buying etc
- Drive the Brand development activities - Content, Design, Communication, Supply side branding
- Marketing Analytics
- Budgeting, forecasting and implementation of the company's marketing plan
- Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition
- Overseeing the CRM process.
- Handling public relations and corporate communications
- Developing new and enhancing existing business relationships
- Providing leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs.
- Increase Customer Acquisition
- Category Management - Defining the new potential categories and stoppage of the non revenue driver categories according to the market scenario.
Professional Attributes :
- MBA in Sales / Marketing from premium campuses in India or abroad.
- Must demonstrate outstanding marketing communication and media skills.
Personal Attributes :
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.
- Positive, initiative driven, motivating and a natural leader.
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
