It is successfully running the business since the past 4 years with a footprint across 3 continents. More than 1 million people have been provided credit; leveraging mobile technology and data science. The company provides instant credit scoring, lending, and other personalized financial services in emerging markets. It seeks to build and scale up its unique offering in India in the B2C space.
Role:
- This role will be responsible for the India Market Strategy by identifying business challenges, propose analytically grounded, well-researched solutions, and drive execution
- Lead marketing campaigns in India to grow user acquisition by designing impactful, metrics-driven campaigns that improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention
- Manage localization of brand strategy and definition of core value proposition for millions of underserved borrowers in India.
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate customer insights
- Be accountable for ad spend and lead efforts on driving down acquisition costs
Desired Profile:
- Preference for Premier B School graduate
- Strong Data driven and analytical skills
- Relevant experience in the online / eCommerce / fintech / startup space with strong focus on customer acquisitions and digital marketing
Open to work in an Individual Contributor role to start with and gradually build and lead a small team of 2-3 resources
