Head E-commerce would be responsible for setting up entire E-Comm Channel for an Emerging FMCG / Consumer Facing Organization with an objective to build a strong E-Comm Channel.

- Driving the Business P&L through various initiatives to grow and sustain in the Industry. Will be Responsible for across India.

- Retail Store conceptualization, layout, design and execution. Identification of locations, sites and forecasts based on market data and research. Conceptualized multiple store formats for profitability.

- Develop and execute Omni-channel strategies to maximize business impact while optimizing costs.

- Marketing campaigns to match business objectives and create Omni-channel experience.

- Campaign Analytics Strategies & implementation for maximizing revenues and customer experience.

- To be able to set up growth vision by clearly defining brand positioning, price laddering & service level deliverance

- To create engagement in digital marketing plans to ensure maximum brand visibility on platform.

- To drive operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency, reduce delivery costs; and led efforts to expedite vendor sign-up process.

- Should be able to successfully spearhead brand alignment with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra etc.

- To define strategic intent of the ecommerce business vertical; devise short and medium-term plans to boost adoption of current product mix and drive topline growth.

- To handle all margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collections of Ecommerce business of the brand.

- To review the analytics/MIS shared by platforms & leverage the information in accordance with brand strategy.

- To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales action plan is aligned with the channel partners.

- To develop promotional campaigns and offers across the year to achieve the sales targets.
