Head - Marketing

An enterprise product marketing leader, builder, and entrepreneur who wants to be part of a journey of launching and scaling multiple new businesses.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A natural storyteller. Finds joy in inspiring the team in taking complex, hard-to-describe concepts, to craft the positioning and messaging that's simple to understand and effective.

- Have empathy for users and are able to effectively communicate and engage with your audience across technology, business, and finance personas.

- Multitasker, Self-starter with the ability to build programs from scratch; be ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done

- 8+ years in enterprise / B2B and Product marketing

- Bonus: Exposure to FinTech, Payments, SaaS, B2B Marketing

- Past experience of building a stellar enterprise product marketing function from scratch

Overall Brand Marketing :

- Understand the market landscape and work with product management, leadership, sales & business to develop positioning, value prop, differentiation, pricing, and utility for engaging with our customers and partners

PR & Communications :

- Brand Book: Manage and enforce a consistent brand style including maintaining brand guidelines. Ensure the communication is consistent across all channels

- Build a team to lead product, content and digital marketing

- Manage the overall Marketing plan, hiring, budget and ROI

Product Marketing :

- Customer Connect: Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.

- Customer Insights & Market intelligence: Maintain customer personas and build targeting strategies into marketing campaigns. Competitive analysis to get insights and build them into marketing plan

- Storytelling: Get the overall Product Positioning & Communication right. Translate product features into benefits and communicate the value proposition

- Channel Marketing / Events / Conferences

- Product Prioritisation: Influence Product Roadmap to be more market and customer centric

Content Marketing :

- Sales & Marketing Collaterals: Product collaterals / intros / powerpoints / one-pagers, customer case studies, sales pitches.

- Establish Thought Leadership through Blogs and demos to evangelize, engage and excite current and potential customers

- Social Media Marketing to improve reach, build credibility, demonstrate product capabilities and unique features

- Website and landing pages

- Work with Product team in ensuring high quality Developer Docs

- Manage Design & Creatives Team

Demand Generation :

- Design & implement market specific strategies to accelerate demand generation across SEO, Paid Marketing, Lead magnes like Webinars, E-Books etc

- Email marketing / Newsletters

- Growth Hacking

- New Market Entry & Launch Support

- Overall Analytics, CRM & Funnel Optimization
