Responsibilities :
- Drive Facebook/Instagram & Google Media Buying for Organization
- Set up campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads
- Find keywords and audiences for different channels
- Analyze the data and suggest insights
- Optimize ads on suggested insights
- Scale campaigns with suggested strategies
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Own the website ecommerce P&L.
- Prepare annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing and operations initiatives- performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
- Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth - traffic, conversion, revenue and profit
- Own the website tech and martech stack
- Develop data-driven strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the ecommerce platform
- Setup and deploy lifecycle management campaigns that maintain journeys, triggers, and automation
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies - product, service, advertising and operations
Who are you ?
- 4-10 years experience in driving ecommerce business,
- In-depth knowledge of website analytics, Facebook ads, Google ads/ Analytics, etc.
- Love talking about CAC, ROAS, CPA, cohorts, retention, SLA, TAT, etc.
