You have at least 15 years of Marketing experience, with 8 to 10 on Digital Marketing, from some of the world's leading retail/e-tail brands

- You have a track record of dramatically driving E-commerce revenue, brand awareness and customer engagement through precise and effective Online and Offline Marketing strategies

- You have a deep understanding and a wealth of experience on the latest and most effective Marketing channels, such as SEO, Paid Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Affiliate Marketing, and can clearly demonstrate best practices for each

- You've mastered traditional Marketing and can demonstrate success across in-store Marketing, ATL, BTL, radio, print, outdoor and so on

- You have significant Omni-Channel Marketing and Brand experience with proven strategies and methods on delivering a seamless, channel-agnostic experience for customers

- You have strong User Experience principles and care deeply about building world-class customer experiences that are simple, clean, user-friendly, well-written, beautiful and product-focused

- You- re adept at delivering useful, meaningful and contextual Marketing experiences to a broad set of personas, such as young parents, techies, fashionist as and so on

- You're excellent at reading trends and customer insights and transforming them into actions to drive the business

- You're financially responsible, budget-conscious and focused on driving maximum performance while keeping spends within approved limits

- You have at least 5 years of experience with industry-leading eCommerce Analytics systems
