JD:

MARKETING:

1. Manage the marketing plan and budget and establish goals and objectives for all marketing activity, and track results and report on a regular basis

3. Manage the company's website and other marketing initiatives

4. Local branding & Digital Branding

5. Push local marketing events to support business team through pamphlet distribution, loan melas and other marketing activities

DISTRIBUTION:

1. Lead the drive to push STBL/MSME secured loan business in Hubs

2. Training of STBL RMs and power partners on initiatives launched

3. Distribution and market development

4. Develop distribution channels in semi urban and rural areas across tier II and tier III towns

5. Develop business distribution for business loans, MSME & SME loans specifically focussed towards traders, services and manufacturing

6. Plan and help execute local BTL events at branches for new direct lead generation

MUST HAVE: Team Management experience
