Job Responsibility :
- To review and manage the success of respective User Connect initiatives.
- Design the field marketing norms & review the post meet impact on regular basis.
- Co-create the field marketing modules & ensure successful implementation of the modules within the sales team.
- To oversee adoption of new users, growth in active users & their retention.
- Co-create the divisional FM budget & business plan and assist the Division head in building the Field Marketing strategy.
- Managing the Loyalty program for Channel, Users and developing and managing the application, and support system associated with the same.
- Ensuring channel engagement, increasing product scalability with both existing and new channel partners, by creating visibility across retail and project channel and customers.
- Developing long-term associations with the key retailers and strengthening the relationship to increase sales growth.
- Collaborate with Category marketing and explore innovative/cost-effective communication platforms and designing effective Collaterals/ AV's for various Field Marketing actions.
- Develop and Drive specific Major Initiatives with the sales team, which will help drive strategic actions for the future of Trubuild brand.
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline. Civil Engg. Graduate will be beneficial.
- Post-graduation in management is preferred.
Experience :
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Building material / Paints / Waterproofing
- Existing experience in business development or User management will an additional benefit
