Purpose of role:
- To develop a long term vision and strategy for marketing the Design Center to internal and external customers and coordinate a set of marketing activities using innovative methodologies.
Key Accountabilities
- Generating and progressing Marketing strategies for FT Design Center across the Banking category.
- Facilitate customer visits, analyst interactions with appropriate messaging and collaterals. Performing case studies on relevant subjects pertaining to customer visits.
- Identify passion within the team and drive it.
- Ability to stay hands on with respect to any activity being handled.
- Clarity in setting long term and short term goals.
Key Outputs
- To articulate the marketing message for the center based on thorough understanding of the Design Center and Design principles.
- Leverage design centre as hot tool for sales acceleration. Direction setting for customer visits.
- Track competitive moves, build strong market intelligence framework.

- Effective communicator. Powerful written and verbal skills in English, to influence and impact.
- Demonstrate teamwork skill with a strong attention to detail.
- Should have 12-15 years of Experience in Industry.
- Demonstrate ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and inputs.
- Ability to work in a global company of diverse creative employees.
- Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers.
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including website, written communication, PR, marketing social media, advertising, events, product packaging, software products.
- Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
- Experience in banking or banking software or Financial technology a big plus.
