Head - Marketing - Decorative Paints

Our client is one of India 100+years legacy conglomerate public limited business house. Our client has venture into new business - decorative Paints.

We are looking for Marketing Head based in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon.

Marketing Head is responsible for developing and establishing a brand for the company.

He/she will formulate the branding strategy, define the product portfolio and SKU mix, perform consumer research, closely collaborate with R&D to inform new product development and innovation, define marketing mix, design pricing strategy, develop channel engagement and incentives strategy and manage stakeholder engagement.

As the head of the Marketing team, he/she will be managing, coaching and developing category and product managers and will work closely with the management team.

Job location: Delhi Ncr/Gurgaon - Work from Office

Exp:- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing

Education: MBA/Masters in Marketing or related fields
