Increasing Contribution a) Ensure top-line numbers are met. b) Increase skill contribution margins by right pricing, discounts, promos, trade & consumer schemes, etc. c) Increase contribution margin by driving product portfolio mix. d) Generate insights on category performance. 4. Marketing Performance a) Conceptualize marketing interventions-ATL, BTL, Digital, Traditional, events, etc. b) Ensure smooth/quick execution of new product launch & packaging improvement related marketing activities c) Ensure adherence to all brand execution norms and guidelines d) Ensure quality merchandising and execution of merchandising audit plan 5. Market Intelligence a) Scan and analyze market, competitors, consumer preferences, new opportunities, media trends, etc. at defined intervals
