Principal Accountabilities:

The Head of Marketing & Customer Relations will be responsible for Marketing, Customer Relations, Facilities Management and Corporate Communications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Marketing - Residential Business:

- Preparation of annual marketing plans and driving the implementation of the same.

- Building the companies brands.

- Drive positioning of the Company and manifestation of the same.

- Project marketing - Facilitate launch, sustenance and closure of sales-marketing-project life cycle.

- Evangelist for digital presence - Performance & Engagement.

- Support regional teams for preparing and implementing marketing initiatives, promotions and exhibitions both in Indian and overseas markets in order to achieve sales targets.

New Product Development:

- Driving new product development initiatives for all new projects with Regional Head, Sales, Design and other stakeholders from customer understanding to launch.

Customer Relations:

- To be the voice of the customer inside the organization at all stages of development.

- Build organization to provide highest levels of customer-centricity.

- Developing customer delighting processes and events across the spectrum of points of interactions with customers

- Enable qualitative and quantitative studies to understand customer needs from search to post-possession.

Corporate Communications:

- Communications custodian for the Sector.

- Drive visibility for all businesses in the Sector.

- Build the Company's equity amongst media.

- Facilitate presence and build relationships in all key markets.

General:

- Measurement, mapping and audits of processes and standards

- Be the overall champion for all business processes related to marketing, CRM and FM functions and ensure their smooth functioning.

- Responsible for onboarding of new hires and continuous training of marketing, Corporate Communications, CRM and FM teams across businesses.

- Role model TMW and inculcate and reinforce TMW concepts across teams.

Job Specifications

Education qualification : Full-time MBA from a premier institute.

Years & nature of Experience : At least 15 years of post qualification experience in the service/real estate/FMCG industry with at least last 2 years heading a marketing team.

Required attributes :

- Strong conceptual skills and a deep understanding of consumer facing processes in the areas of marketing and customer service.

- Should be proficient in guiding the team in preparing and implementing marketing plans, initiating consumer research and product development processes.

- Must be proficient in digital marketing concepts and their usage to generate business.

Desired attributes :

- Strong customer focus

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with cross functional teams, ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
