Job Objective: Understand customer & market needs, segment markets & customers, launch new and innovative products & segmented plans to maximize market share, Customer Acquisition, U&R,Revenue Planning, Customer experience.

Position: Head Marketing - Customer Life cycle & Value Management

HQ : Chennai

Year of experience: Min 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Telecom Industries

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Intelligence, Market Planning & revenue planning

- Customer Segmentation, Sizing

- Acquisition programs & implementation.

- Design & Implementation of programs to create awareness & generate trials & inquiries.

- Lead Generations & Management of conversion.

- Acting on the custodian of customer Experience (especially for high volume customers)

- Analyze customer base, identify revenue generating opportunities and usage enhancement strategies & programs

- Drive Customer Retention-REC base and work closely with CSD to profile, retain and drive these customers.

- Create, manage, execute the Customer Life cycle management.
