Here's what we are looking for (Technical Skills) :
- Strong analytical skills required to analyze large volumes of data to identify and leverage customer behavior and patterns
- Create and drive segmentation strategy for CRM campaigns based on data insights
- Conceptualize CRM marketing campaigns, build automation and triggers to ensure campaigns are reaching all audiences
- Effectively utilize CRM channels like PUSH, SMS, in-app and emails to target the right users at the right time with the right message
- Build user segments appropriately to experiment and exploit big opportunity areas within the user's ordering journey
- Continually create and execute A/B tests and experiments to learn and improve existing campaigns
- Ensure high quality content and 100% accuracy of campaign deployment
- Own the reporting and monitoring of all CRM campaigns by publishing relevant dashboards to stakeholders
- Lead 8-10 member team responsible for customer retention globally
- Work closely with stakeholders (product, supply, sales, analytics, data science teams) to ensure a world class customer experience
Here's what we are looking for (Soft Skills) :
- Total work experience of 8-10 years with at least 2-4 years in marketing
- Proven ability in analytics with big data and customer segmentation
- Bias for action with the ability to quickly learn and execute on newer strategies
- Prior experience with CRM channels is a must; experience with CRM tools is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with experimentation and A/ B tests will be preferred
