Job Description : Head Marketing & Corporate Communication - Consumer banking

Reports To : Head Banking

Purpose :

- Responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Brands & corporate communication for the bank; across research, consumer insights, media, digital marketing, social media, BTL, portfolio analytics .

- Owner of the customer portfolio for retail branch clients ; responsibility included product development, driving customer behavior, customer loyalty, customer service, portfolio actions with help of data analytics.

- Designing sales strategy, implementation and delivering revenue for cross-sell of Investment Products, Business owner of Private Banking vertical

Responsibilities :

- Brand Management and Advertising- Creative, media planning

- Consumer Marketing- National lead responsibility for marketing for Retail businesses

- Branch Development & Marketing- Branch Merchandising, Marketing & Sales Promotion for branches across India

- Product Marketing support across all Liability, Asset Products

- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances for the bank for creation of co-branded offerings & business acquisition

- Internal & External Communication- Customer & Employee engagement and retention

Spearheading all Brand, Advertising and Media visibility strategy & initiatives across all mediums:

- Spearheading Marketing and Communications across all Retail businesses (Assets + Liability) for branches across India

- Strategy and Innovation for Retail Banking franchise in partnership with the senior leadership team of the bank

- Managing pan bank digital initiatives including Social Media and Online Reputation management

- Retail branch roll-out project with Touch-point Marketing and Communication Design
