JOB SUMMARY :
- Responsible for managing the portfolio topline and profitability. The role is responsible for the evolution of marketing strategies along with communication development for the consumers through relevant mediums and effective implementation
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing the entire portfolio topline and profitability
- Empowering the team to build robust marketing programs to engage the consumers
- Empower the team to drive the execution of these programs through the Cross functional expertise by measuring and tracking of these initiatives
- Need to collaborate for more focused demand generation with and Trade (Sales/Trade Marketing), integrating the demand levers across all, with an increased understanding of the higher business complexity driving sales across a wider product line
- Consistent generation of insights from Consumers to facilitate development of engaging brand strategies
- Own and drive all shopper/consumer-led Activations and micro-marketing activities through collaboration with sales teams.
