MarCom Head is a new role in the Organization and the key member of the Senior Management Team for our client in the field of Education sector. MarCom Head's challenging role is to build the brand and bring it to the top of the category, by carefully crafting and channelizing consistent marketing initiatives by using optimum and modern communication channels with predictable RoI. Key responsibilities: - Define the corporate values and brand identity and make sure they- are well present in every contact point - Structure the marketing communication activities and build execution strategy around it with Agency Partners - Develop lean and effective marcom strategies and tactical plans. Tight Budgeting and control - Produce consistent and creative campaigns that are building the strong image and support organization growth in a timely and cost-efficient manner - Careful selection, briefing and operational support for external Agency Partners - Creative boutiques, PR and traditional ad agencies - Digital marketing, SEO and Website building agencies - BTL &amp; Retail Marketing activities for Hyperlocal Promotions - Market &amp; Consumer Research activities - Inside Sales, Inbound Marketing - Create mutually beneficial partnerships/alliances within the same value chain - mainly entertainment services (like SHEROES, FIWE, Women Entrepreneurs India, Women Entrepreneurs Forum, Startup India Forum, etc.) and global initiative partners (like Facebook, Google, etc.) - Design and implement Internal communications policies and channels focused at the ever-growing team. - Design and implement information exchange with the booming franchise/channel partner audience The ideal candidate: - Graduated from top Institute in India or abroad, this is having a strong fundamental knowledge and analytical skills - Believes any knowledge expires fast, this is following the pulse of latest developments in the marketing and communications field across the globe - Had previous experience in launching a start-up / Indian brand from scratch or initial stage. Experience of launching/ managing an existing global brand in India by adopting creative/ communication doesn't- t qualify. - Knows that even the greatest ideas don- t matter without execution - Lives a digital-first life.
