Position : Senior Manager (Brand Marketing)

Senior Manager applicant with an exposure to FMCG / Telecom/ Consumer Durables

This will be a PAN -India role and I am looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and hands on experience in ATL / BTL , Brand Startegy , Digital Marketing , Website , SEO/SEM etc

Education :

- From top business school with 4-10 yrs of work experience .

- Salary is OPEN for a right candidate who matches the skills required to run the SHOW .

Job Description :

1) To support development and rollout of communication for circles

2) To be the brand custodian for circles

- Ensure consistency at the circle level as per the defined Visual Identity of the brand

- Dissemination of brand guidelines to the circle and internal teams.

- Review the circle initiatives on product communication at all customer touch points

- Responsibility of the image bank for telecom

- BTL creative development support for businesses

1. Timelines for campaign execution – Due to hyper competition in the telecom category, we need to operate on stringent ‘go to market’ timelines. To overcome this, the incumbent needs to effectively monitor the project & ensure timely delivery of creative’s from the agency to the media house and circle teams for deployment.

2. Uniform implementation of national initiatives across circles – briefing circle teams, monitoring implementation and compliance through regular reviews and circle visits.

3. Influencing key stakeholders to develop communication in line with brand guidelines

4. Exposure to digital marketing , social media ,online marketing, SEO , SEM etc
