Head - Marketing & Communication - Advertising Firm

- Oversee the Management of the Brand and specific companies and products.

- Plan and Prepare Corporate Communications, Marketing and PR Plan.

- Be the internal expert and go-to person for advice and support on PR activities. In particular, he/she will provide guidance and support to the team.

- Increase our profile at relevant public events. He/She will become an ambassador for the company and identify new opportunities that will increase our reach, and importantly support the wider staff team to improve their presentation and public speaking skills.

- Organise events that promote the Company's work and centers.

- Keep track of emerging themes and trends within the social investment, workspace, and charity sector to ensure that the company is seen as a key commentator on relevant subjects.

- Provide style guides to improve the consistency of style and voice across the company.

- Ensure the digital media platforms across the company are up to date and have relevant content - including our websites and social media platforms.

- Responsible for the line management.

- To supervise, motivate and monitor performance, including conducting regular supervision meetings, managing sick days and holidays and approving relevant training.

- Improve the company's social and environmental objectives.
