Industry- manufacturing (a MUST have)
- Lead marketing & communication strategy for the Business Unit.
- Design and develop brand strategy to ensure brand promotion in line with corporate guidelines.
- Handling the creative & Media Budget for BTL activities
- Strategizing & monitoring ATL activation plan (Digital & Communication) and work with the Team
- Direct Management of Teams for Brand Management, New network & Communication, Format stores & signage, Digital development & Business Development.
- Sales & Profitability Analysis
- Responsible for product life cycle management to build strong product portfolios, new product launches, tracking, analyzing and reviewing the performance. Development and implement Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
- Responsible to drive digital development initiatives with an end to end planning of development & execution of all digital tools & applications & data management as per the business needs.
- Create Brand engagement strategy and enhance advertising effectiveness, campaign response and execute plan of action.
- Facilitate & ensure the "Go to market" strategy to develop network and increase visibility.
Education - MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management is a MUST have
Experience - Minimum 10 years
