Position: Channel Sales/ Marketing Head at Mumbai ( Direct Marketing ).
Key KRAs include:
- Building a national sales & distribution network by appointing Sales partners.
- Build an A-class sales organization
- Building channel marketing capability
- Conceive and run highly localized sell-through programs through channel sales partners.
- Formulate strategies and deliver business results by leveraging consumer insights, competition intelligence, organizational strengths and P&L/sales drivers
- Setting marketing systems & processes and developing marketing teams in Start up and medium sized enterprises.
- Leading Marketing team for Largest Direct Selling Beauty categories – Cosmetics, Skin Care, Fragrances, Personal Care & Hair Care.
- Responsible for brand portfolio management and business process redesign for better sales, profit & unit results.
- Revenue (top-line & bottom-line)
- Sales & Distribution Management
- Ensuring overall health of business, Operations and Commercials.
