We are looking for a - Head-Marketing - for one of our esteemed Clients for Bangalore Location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deep understanding of web marketing technologies and best practices.
- Strong experience with online marketing and lead acquisition.
- Experience with Brand, Content, and Strategic Marketing programs.
- Team player with strong communication skills (business writing, presentations, and interpersonal)
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
- Strong project management & performance measurement skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
- Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- The individual should be detail oriented, self- confident, possess high energy levels and have the ability to lead, motivate teams, and manage time effectively.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication & leadership skills.
REQUIREMENT:
- Establishes strategic marketing direction, long-range and annual planning.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge in marketing, media, and research theory and technique. Keeps staff aware of new and significant developments and serves as a resource for all the staff, with emphasis on the strategic marketing perspective.
- Actively trains his/her personnel in brand marketing, research and media.
- Acts as marketing liaison with Senior Management Team.
- Maintains contact with key industry associations and organizations.
- Reviews all marketing strategies/research as a - quality control- function.
- Manage all marketing and content development programs, Plan on-going lead acquisition programs.
- Develop PPC and SEO strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop site content strategies to improve lead and sales conversion and to enrich the customer experience.
- Manage the company's analyst and media relationships
- Responsible for establishing & implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand.
- He will build a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments.
- Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan.
- Implement strategic plan with assistance of project managers/stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budget for all staffing, resources, and capital purchases.
- Evaluate new media technologies such as blogs, RSS, video, webcasts etc.
- Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools.
- Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results.
- Enhance Customer Relationship Management processes & technologies.
