The Key Deliverables
1. Define product and marketing strategies to support the company's overall Vision, Business Strategy and Objectives
2. Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique - voice-
3. Develop, manage and motivate a growing team to deliver high standards of product management, branding and marketing
4. Develop and institute processes to support the teams to deliver efficiently and effectively.
6. Continue to build the Brand awareness and preference with the target consumer audience and influencers
7. Drive engagement with the industry influencers- Architect and Designer and plumbers
8. Support the channel marketing efforts
10. Collaboration: As mentioned, the is of cross-functional nature and this implies a high level of collaboration with different functions and different levels. This role partners up with other functional leaders in order to align and execute product strategies and marketing strategies and ensure that each team receives the right level of support due from its colleagues.
This role will work very closely with the Country GM, leadership team, teams from the regional head office
