Head - Marketing & Business Development - FMCG

- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

- Develop a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.

- Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on investment and profit-loss projections

- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors related to marketing and business development.

- Evaluating competitors - marketing strategy, pricing and market shares.

- Assist and monitor New Product Development.

- Responsible for acquiring business access - GT, MT, ECommerce, Salon and more.

- Designing strategic sales plan that expands company's market base and ensures its strong presence.

- Conduct market research, monitor market trends to identify business opportunities and conduct competitive analysis.

- Responsible for knowledge management, development of self and others.

- Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.

- Promoting current and new products, category schemes and any special deals.
