Brand Management :

- Define and develop Brand Strategy in line with company's overall strategy across geographies

- Define and coordinate marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation with our sales team and implement lead tracking and communication process

- Researching the sector, market trends, customer attitudes, competitors and bench marking best practices. Continue to develop and train in new technologies, social media and latest thinking in internal / external communications.

- Strategize and implement Brand & Customer Survey. Implement development plans to strengthen the brand and customer base.

Program Management :

- Ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of key business messages with defined internal audiences.

- Propose, manage and control budgets, ideas, themes and timescales for corporate events and internal communications campaigns.

- Manage and monitor the budget for communication projects, whilst taking every opportunity to explore and secure economies of scale, synergy and effectiveness.

- Vendor Management and negotiation with external stakeholders (media house). Handling end-to-end sourcing and management of specialized agencies/ vendors while maintaining quality standards.

Public Relations :

- Manages relations, and builds relationships with key industry media.

- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper dissemination of the Communication of the organization.

- Advances an interactive and technologically based media to build communication between the customers and company

- Monitor and research perceptions of internal audiences to campaigns, and communications outputs. Monitoring of and reporting on the communications campaign and/or event's progress.

Customer Communication, Insights and Retention :

-Orchestrating internal and external communications through multiple channels and successfully achieving desired impact.

- Actively generating customer insights to ensure business decisions are taken in view of customer expectations.

- Driving customer relationships to retain customers and to create cross/up-selling opportunities, culling out new success stories.

Campaign Management :

- Designing and executing focused, result oriented marketing campaigns including milestome mapping and cross functional stakeholder management.

Product Management :

- Managing the entire life cycle of product from inception to creation to launch and monitoring performance.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Should hold an MBA from premier institute with minimum of 10-12 years of experience preferably from the FMCG/ payments/e-commerce/Financial Services industry

- Experience must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, Marketing and Media relations

- Strong in Business Analytics and pick up on trends and patterns that can lead to better, more successful marketing efforts.

- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in Marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services.
