Objective
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
- Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Direct the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization. Design and implement aggressive marketing plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the local market.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic:
- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function
- Ensure marketing plans which includes advertising, sales promotion activities, public relations, are aligned to the business objectives.
- Strategize, develop and implement brand building activities; broaden awareness of its programs and priorities; and increase the visibility of programs across key stakeholder audiences
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Post-Graduation would be an added advantageous(Premier Institutes).
Experience & Skills
Mandatory Experience Required
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles is mandatory
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
- Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising team.
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
- Experience in overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

- Should be able to understand target audiences, and tailor marketing activity appropriately
- Should be able to understand and adhere to the organisation’s marketing policies, procedures and standard practices
- Should be able to present and convey information in a confident, clear and interesting way, in a manner appropriate to the target audience
- Should be able to exchange complex information and present ideas, reports, facts and other information clearly and concisely
- Must be able build a good relationship with customers and stakeholders, to provide information and receive input and feedback
- Should be able to adapt work to accommodate unexpected changes to scope or deadlines, or incorporate new elements
- Should be able to socialize with and relate to a wide-range of people, honest, professional and cordial in all stakeholder and customer interaction
