We are a brand new beauty venture looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join our team. As our marketing expert, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products to the world.

We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, and experience working in beauty retail.

You will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

CTC: 40LPA -1 cr

Location: Mumbai/Delhi

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to lead our marketing efforts as the Head of Marketing for our renowned makeup/beauty brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, a proven track record of successfully driving marketing strategies, and a creative flair that aligns with our brand's vision. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image, driving growth, and engaging with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives, positioning, and target audience.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and effective.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

- Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and messaging across all channels.

- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity in all marketing materials and campaigns.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine and adapt brand positioning as needed.

Campaign Development:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

- Utilize a data-driven approach to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Digital and Social Media:

- Oversee the brand's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring regular and engaging posts that resonate with the target audience.

Product Launches:

- Collaborate with product development teams to create effective launch strategies that generate excitement and anticipation among customers.

- Develop marketing plans for new product releases, including pre-launch teasers, influencer collaborations, and post-launch promotions.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values and expand its reach.

- Manage relationships with influencers, beauty experts, and industry professionals to enhance brand credibility.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role within the beauty or cosmetics industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate ideas into innovative marketing campaigns.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decisions.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms for marketing automation, analytics, and content creation.
