Brand has global presence, hence the candidate must come with exposure to international markets or international brands. Job responsibilities : - Build the brand and marketing function - Work with cross-functional teams to ultimately change the business model and build a process for brand management to be the central function of the organisation and the owners of the global P&L - Build product development strategies - Take overall responsibility for the full product development cycle - market launch and post launch evaluations and action planning - Conduct ATL/BTL activities aimed at driving sales - Build a strategy and plan of action for the groups social media channels - Build an ecomm team and develop strategy for the development of a B2C model of online sales via own websites Ideal candidate: - 10-15 years of experience in personal care/beauty - Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
