- Minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate

- Overall 12-15 years of experience, out of which 2 years as the Head of marketing.
- At least 5 years of B2B international experience
- Experience in end-to-end marketing stack with exposure to a broader content system
- Experience in brand- and sales-related marketing and ability to measure both performances distinctly.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Channels - Google ads, Social media and Email marketing
- SEO & SEM strategies to optimize online visibility and drive traffic define and execute content strategy in line with SEO and provide engaging content to the target audience.
- Social media management - manage brand promotion, customer engagement and lead gen.
- Email marketing - identify target persona and engage in conversation.
- Working knowledge in industry-leading marketing platforms software is a must- ex, Zoho, Opentracker, Semrush, Sales IQ, Mail chimp, or similar ones.
- The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective Team management & leadership skills
- Strong budget and resource management skills- allocation and management of budgets to maximize ROI of campaigns and strategies.- Good at data analysis and data driven insights to make decisions
- Strong stakeholder reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent English language skill
- Evaluate existing tools, platform and make the right decision to have a seamless workflow across various marketing activities.
- Execution of marketing campaing - ensure proper cooridination, review and revision of marketing activities to optimize each channel performance.
- Define an execute content strategy monitor content performance and modifications to drive engagement and conversations.
- Track, manage customer leads to optimize interactions using the marketing platforms and tools. Segment audience, personalise communication, leverage on insights from customer to improve marketing effectiveness. competitor analysis.
