Role is with the leading global MNC (Japanese MNC) based at Gurgaon.

Purpose of the Role :

Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all business segments. Reporting directly to the MD, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's market positioning, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy: Align marketing initiatives with company objectives and growth targets.

2. Lead the marketing team: Guide the team in promoting Organization products and services through various channels.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.

4. Conduct market research: Identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

5. Manage the marketing budget: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

6. Drive brand awareness: Develop creative campaigns and strategic partnerships to enhance brand equity.
