Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing for our Advanced Technology business vertical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the automotive industry, demonstrating expertise in business planning, key account management, business development, negotiations, supply chain management, program management, and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitor Information & Market Intelligence:

- Conduct regular market scans and market assessment studies to identify opportunities for business growth and diversification.

- Gather information on clients and competitors, conducting competitive intelligence studies to identify competition and market trends, ensuring a first-mover advantage.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive market intelligence repository for knowledge sharing across the group.

Account Planning:

- Identify key growth accounts and focus areas for the organization.

- Play a key role in creating a 5-year account growth plan, focusing on the addition of new customers across all business verticals.

Business Generation:

- Collaborate with the Technology Center and customers to co-create new concepts proposed by customers, generating new product RFQs, and overseeing the conversion of the same.

- Review account and customer strategies, particularly for identified growth and focus accounts.

Contribution Improvement & Share of Business:

- Manage customer relationships, with a focus on increasing customer penetration in other business segments (share of business).

Branding & Promotion:

- Conduct branding and promotion activities at relevant forums, such as SIAM, ACME meetings, OEM Tech Show, to enhance the SPARK Minda brand image.

Complaint Resolution:

- Monitor customer complaints and collaborate with Business Vertical heads to resolve customer complaints and escalations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Business Development in the automotive or similar industry

- Excellent understanding of competitor information, market intelligence, and trends.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
