The incumbent should be an MBA from premiere institute with a leadership level experience in Brand Management, ATL (Print, TV, Radio, Digital, Social) , BTL Activation, Marketing Strategy Planning & Execution, Brand Architecture, P&L Management and People Management in a Automobile Company.

- Build and manage the robust marketing function
- Leading the marketing team of all group companies
- Leading ATL, BTL, Communication and campaign management for group companies.
- Marketing Strategy Planning and Implementation for group companies.
- Responsible for Brand equity and Brand Health, Brand Architecture for all businesses
- P&L Management & Budget Management
- Leading events , sponsorship for brand building
- Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, on-line, viral marketing, Digital Marketing etc.
- Develop, optimize and track annual brand marketing budget.
- Ensuring brand hygiene via regular audits
- Building social advocacy charter
