Manager Marketing- Asia- South East Asia and Saarc countries  Reporting to : Head Business and Head Marketing  Location : Gurgaon   Experience : 12 to 16 years   - Candidates with marketing experience in lubricants/Paints/ Tyres/ chemicals industry   - Exposure to South Asian geographies will be an added advantage   CTC offered : Up to Rs. 65-70 Lakhs (All inclusive)   - Candidate will spearhead and be responsible for driving trade marketing initiatives and growth platforms across the region.   - This is an Individual Contributor role (will have 1-2 member team and matrix reporting teams). Candidate should be very hands on, extremely confident, should have excellent written/verbal English, strong operational/ execution abilities, should be able to work against all odds.   Responsibilities include the following :   - Develop and drive execution of multi-year marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for the region   Lead planning, implementation and progress/tracking of marketing and platform execution :   - Refine, tailor and prove-out cross-region (eg. ASIA) and/or global platforms, and deliver strong return-on-investment. This includes building and executing the product portfolio, programs, training and selling processes necessary for effective implementation and competitive advantage   - Development and execution of relevant regional strategies and platforms that drive distribution growth, volume and profit growth, and build customer/target loyalty towards Brand, including research and analysis to build insights that enable strategic and tactic choices and recommendations.   - Develop and progress internal and external capabilities necessary to effectively execute business platforms and support.   - Lead planning, implementation and progress/tracking of brand building activities, including evaluation, approval and execution of media and communication plans to increase brand awareness, and increase brand consideration among key targets.   - Support planning and tracking for region and managed businesses to ensure plan delivery. Author and circulate monthly summary of key performance indicators, scorecards and progress towards volume and financial plan.   - Interface, participate and become a regional subject matter expert for ASIA platform marketing and the Global Marketing Team to help guide business platforms towards global orientation, relevance and execution.   - Be a business leader for the region and strengthen overall capabilities, business development and planning functions throughout the organization.
