Marketing Head - Business Unit
Our Client is a leading US based MNC.
Key responsibility :-
- Overall segment lead for the largest business segment. Total team size - two segment manager and one support reporting into this position.
- Accountable for delivering segment volumes, growth and margins.
- Manage segment budgets optimally through right mix of spends on trade, mechanics, consumers and activations.
- Manage portfolio to keep it in line with market needs - refresh, new launch, churning.
- Pricing management to optimize margins
- Closely work with business leaders to drive distribution growth.
- Closely work with branding team to drive BTL branding elements for segments.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to analyse segment/ portfolio performance and take appropriate decisions, work on long range planning for segments.
- Have great ability to connect with the channel and sales team to drive the business agenda.
If you have 12-15 years of marketing experience, keen to be based in Gurgaon.
