Head of Marketing - Mid Sized MNC

Job Role :

- Formulation of marketing strategy and road map for Company in India including brand leadership, campaign management, new product launch, strategic partnerships with new customers and marketing innovation.

- Consumer Insight Development, Competitive Analysis, Brand Positioning, Consumer Behavior understanding and customize the ATL/BTL Communication and Media-Planning.

- Create Brand engagement opportunities -brand communications / track and enhance advertising effectiveness, campaign response, credibility & recall.

- Plan Annual Budgets and keep a track of expenses v/s ROI

- Execution of brand strategy and plan, as per group requirement.

- Managing the brand as a business unit with complete responsibility (Profit and Loss of the Brand)

Job Description :

- Mapping the market opportunity, thereby preparing Strategic Business Plan.

- Market Intelligence, Competitor tracking etc

- Designed and execute Loyalty programs for B2B & B2C customers and end users to build long term relation.

- Develop brand communication materials -marketing collaterals / merchandise/other promo materials.

- Coordinate with Advertising and PR agencies to roll out the marketing events, marketing initiatives & adhering to the budget.

- Roll out the Marketing plan for B2B and B2C consumer.

- Analyzing the customer data and reasons for losing prospective clients.

- Developing the Entry Strategy and Road map to foray.

- Develop & Execute alternative channels of marketing.

- Tracking and measurement of brand and campaign performance.

- Execute the media campaign-ATL and BTL Category.

Essential Qualifications :

- MBA with experience of 12- 14 years in Sales and Marketing, ideally in FMCG, Consumer Durable, Tyres, Batteries or any other branded products distribution in auto industry.
