JD for the Sr Position in Marketing Management

- Managing entire gamut of marketing includes Product Launch, Promotion strategies, Implementing ATL /BTL activities plan zone wise.

- Creative Management: Giving briefs to creative and Media agencies in tailoring zone specific communications

- Brand Management: Responsible for Brand health across marketing linked parameters. Ensuring tracking is done timely by the agencies.

- Budget controller: Responsible for budget allocation to the product line with best ROI on marketing spends.

- Market intelligence: Responsible for research & tracking via respective agencies- Market intelligence, Retail & Outdoor

- Event Management/ Activations (Brand/Trade events): To develop innovative means of engaging key consumer segments with road shows and acquisition trade events and also identify organize high relevance events with impact ensuring maximization of SOV, mindshare for the brand.

- Responsible for Managing the integrated brand communication at Retail (On shop, Inshop)

- POS Management: Responsible for Point of Sale material execution in parameters like reach and quality.

- Point of contact for User group - Product and communication briefs for Trade Visibility

- PR Management - Coordination with the PR Team for press launches and PR mileage for product launches and marketing related initiatives.

- To engage with multiple media channels and stakeholders, ensure adherence to allocated budgets and cost efficient execution, track campaign / program efficacy to ensure high ROI and constantly monitor the consumer and competitor landscape to drive new ideas.
