- Responsible for supervising the admissions team that will meet annual targets as specified - Responsible for developing and Implementing a strategy for effective and efficient Lead Generation for short term and regular AISFM courses - Responsible for working with admissions on timely conversion of leads to admissions - Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with potential students (regular and short term courses) and their parents / guardians - Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for student fee collection - Responsible for building and implementing an effective process that will ensure timely sharing of all required and relevant information / communication with potential candidates and parents - Design, Develop and monitor implementation of admission process for all courses including International Students - Monitor team on call quality parameters. Coach and Counsel team as required - Collaborate with academics and placements team to understand the industry and the nuances/ changes/ progress made in the various verticals of the Film and Media industry - Liaise with respective universities on the admissions process for international students - Responsible to plan and conduct outbound events Nationwide, to promote Admissions / Conduct Entrance Exams and Interviews for Admissions. - Any other responsibilities as required and requested by management / board
