Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind marketing strategy, overseeing growth, performance marketing, social media, and business development. You'll lead a talented team to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for wellness and an innovative approach to marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term brand positioning.

- Growth & Performance Marketing: Implement scalable growth strategies through digital channels, optimizing for performance and ROI. Oversee PPC, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns.

- Social Media Management: Lead our social media strategy to enhance engagement, brand loyalty, and community growth across platforms. Drive content creation that resonates with our target audience.

- Target Setting & Analysis: Set clear, measurable marketing targets. Use analytics to track performance, iterate on strategies, and report on results to stakeholders.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and channels that align with our brand ethos and growth objectives.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Brand Advocacy: Ensure that all marketing activities convey the brand's values and message consistently. Elevate our brand presence at industry events, in media, and through influencer collaborations.

- Product Launches: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and market positioning.

- Customer Insights: Leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the activewear, wellness.

- Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams.

- Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
