Marketing and Branding Manager

Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy and budgets in line with company vision and objectives, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

2. Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives across media.

3. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

4. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

5. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

6. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.

7. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

8. Partner with agencies to evolve lead generation tactics.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Preferably, Bachelors in Engineering/Tech and Master's degree in marketing, communications, and/or media

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Data-driven and highly analytical.

4. Willingness and ability to travel.

5. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

6. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

7. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

8. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Digital Marketing and PR executive/manager

Job Description

1. Planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.

2. Writing content across all online platforms and PR in form of posts, case studies, thought leadership articles, stories.

3. Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.

4. Implementing SEO best practices.

5. Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.

6. Co-ordinating with creative and PR agency for maximum results.

Eligibility Requirements
