Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to define, develop and oversee their market risk, credit risk and counterparty credit risk management function across diverse Investment Banking product classes. It's a chance to be a business leader, building and managing a sizable team, ultimately nurturing a culture and environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement and best practice. You will report directly to the Global Head of Market Risk and work closely with regional and global stakeholders to maintain the high standards this revered organization is renowned for. This will include managing the market risk analytics, counter-party credit risk, risk reporting & controls function including calculating and reporting of key risk metrics like VaR, SVaR, IRC etc.

Profile

It's a challenge that calls for a self-starter who will thrive in this diverse and dynamic environment - a professional with around 15 to 20 years experience within the Investment Banking domain with significant exposure to market or counter party credit risk. In depth understanding of VaR, stress testing, CVA etc. is critical. In addition to a relevant degree (MBA/MS), you must have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the proven ability to drive large teams managing senior stakeholders.
