A leading client of ours is looking for a Head-Market Research & Consumer Insights.

Job Location : Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Proven track record of conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, including customer surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis, and market segmentation to garner compelling consumer insights for business advantage.

- Familiarity with various research methodologies, statistical analysis techniques, and data interpretation. Excellent understanding of consumer needs & motivations and qualitative methods

- Experience in utilizing market research tools, software, and platforms to gather and analyze data effectively.

Cross- Industry Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities related to consumer brands in the automobile sector.

Analytical and Technical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Ability to leverage technology and digital platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret market research data effectively.

Leadership and Management Abilities:

- Proven leadership experience in managing and leading a market research team.

- Ability to develop research strategies, set goals, and manage projects within defined timelines and budgets.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and insights to senior management and cross functional teams.

- Collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align research objectives with business goals.

Adaptability and Global Perspective:

- Experience working in a multinational environment or demonstrated ability to operate effectively in diverse cultural settings.

- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through dynamic market conditions and changing consumer preferences across different.
