Head of market Research
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Build and update knowledge repository of relevant industry developments, best practices
2. Drive the consumer insighting process and build a cogent consumer pulse view
3. Market and Sales Data for India and International Markets for all products and services
4. Competitive Intelligence, Industry Pulse
5. Customer pulse on new and existing products - Drive consumer insighting labs / processes
7. Represent/Attend various conferences for Company
8. Participate and provide expert advice and guidance on company Product development
Experience & Skills:
- Preferable Experience (in yrs): 15-20
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Creativity and the ability to solve problems
- The ability to negotiate and persuade
- Knowledge of research technology and tools
- An interest in psychology and behavior.
Qualifications - Master's degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Math, or related field required; MBA preferred
