Job Detail :

- Design and Drive Implementation of Market Execution standards in Traditional Market & Emerging Channels

- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness by driving productivity of Feet on Street , Asset productivity and compliances to a scientific Permanent Journey Plan

- Facilitate Execution of All Channel Promotions and initiatives for Vertical Growth by providing the Picture of Success for Execution.

- Accelerate Horizontal Expansion with focus on Grocery and Rural Penetration

- Design and Administer Training Modules for the Frontline Sales Team

- Facilitate Assessment Centre for Market Developers by helping in the Process design and building the talent pipeline for frontline sales positions

- Build Team Engagement through “On the Job” training and design of effective Reward & Recognition and Incentive programs.

- 10+ years of work experience with atleast 6+ years in Sales across various positions and geographies

Educational Qualification : MBA - Marketing / Sales
