Head - Manufacturing - Stampings & Welded Parts/Automotive

Our client- a medium sized auto-parts company specializing in manufacturing & supply of sheet-metal stampings & welded parts to leading auto OEMs & tier-1 customers is on a high growth trajectory.

The position is based at Bilaspur- 20 kms from Gurgaon, reports to COO.

The KRA's include:

- Plant operations comprising Production, PPC & Maintenance

- Budgeting & Capex planning

- Project Planning & Execution

- Supply Schedule Management

- Customer Engagement

- Employee Engagement

- New Program Management

- Operations Excellence incl Lean & Cost Management
