- The role holder is responsible for Heading the manufacturing operations. - He will oversee Efficient management of manufacturing operations, complete supply chain management and logistics, technical cell, engineering services and continuous process improvement across all manufacturing plants across India. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the development, optimization and realization of the production strategy and capabilities in support of the overall company goals and objectives - Work with operational leadership to define goals for manufacturing and process development activities and manage staff to ensure success - Partner with R&amp;D, analytical and QA groups in the development of robust manufacturing processes supporting process development activities. - Drive the use of sound process engineering, basic Six Sigma tools and lean manufacturing to support development project teams - Define, monitor and report productivity metrics for key program objectives - Determine priority of projects to be completed and the material required, schedule time, equipment, budget and manpower accordingly
