About the role:

Head of Manufacturing: Should have a minimum of 10+ years- experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the manufacturing unit which includes the following departments. Cutting, Stitching, Sorting, Quality Checking, Packing.

2. Salary and Compensation for these department

3. Fabric Sourcing and Management of Fabric Inventory

4. Monthly reporting and Cost analysis.

5. Must be good at communication, people management and strategy and proactive planning.

6. Some one who has set a hosiery/factory from scratch and set processes.

This is a senior role who will be looking after over all factory operations, procurement, vendor finalization and efficiency enhancement through process implementation and standardization.
